I’m a surfer. I spent years buying expensive “natural” products thinking I was doing the right thing. Avoiding the reef-killing, hormone-disrupting chemicals. Turns out most of them still had the same problem. Full of seed oils and didn’t last long in the ocean.
When I started making my own, I built them around stable ingredients. Grass-fed tallow, mango butter, lanolin, beeswax, castor oil, zinc oxide. Nothing that breaks down in the sun. The Barrel Series is what I wear in the water. Sun protection that holds up for hours, not minutes. The Daily Series is what I use the rest of the time. Face, hair, body.
