Driftwood Organics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates from California, United States, and currently ships products only within the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, shipping method, and delivery location.
- Occasionally, promotions or free shipping offers may apply. Terms and conditions for such promotions will be specified at the time of the offer.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking is available on Priority Mail shipments. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Driftwood Organics currently ships only within the 50 United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
- Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to carrier or regulatory limitations (e.g., flammable ingredients, liquids over a certain volume).
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Driftwood Organics is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being delivered to the address provided.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at driftwoodorganicsco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Carriers may require you to file a claim for lost or damaged shipments. We will assist as needed but cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.

While we strive to meet the delivery estimates provided, Driftwood Organics is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Pandemic-related disruptions
